Demould began in 2015 in a small home kitchen in Delhi, with one oven, a handful of recipes and a simple belief that food made with care tastes different.

As word spread, that kitchen grew into our bakery and coffee store in Rohini, and then into our central kitchen in Mayapuri, where our chefs still bake in small batches every day.

When people began asking us to make their weddings, festivals and corporate celebrations sweeter, we created Delhi Gifting Company by Demould, our gifting studio in Kirti Nagar, where every hamper is designed and finished by hand.

We've grown since those early days, but our promise is the same: honest ingredients, patient craft, and a finish worth remembering.
