Demould began in 2015 as a home-run passion project, born from a simple belief — that desserts should feel personal, thoughtful, and worth celebrating. The name itself carries that spirit: to demould is to step out of confined shapes, routines, and the usual way of doing things, and once freed, to spread sweetness without limits. That's exactly what our founder set out to do, one dessert at a time, guided by nothing more than passion and a desire to create something meaningful. What started in a home kitchen has since grown into a Rohini café, a Mayapuri production kitchen, and a Kirti Nagar gifting studio — yet the heart of it remains the same: crafting moments that feel as good as they taste.
